Refund and Returns Policy

At Blinx, we strive to provide you with the highest quality luxury rings and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, which is why we’ve created this Refund and Returns Policy to help guide you through the process should you need to make a return or request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation intact.
  • The product must not show signs of damage or wear (e.g., scratches, discoloration, etc.).
  • The product must not be a customized or personalized item, as these are non-returnable.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by tracking information.

Note: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or not as described, we will accept returns regardless of the condition mentioned above. In these cases, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, name, and the reason for the return. If the product is defective or damaged, please include photos of the issue.

  3. After we confirm your return eligibility, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved rings, custom designs, etc.)
  • Items marked as final sale

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or style, please follow the return procedure above, and once the item is received, we will issue an exchange based on availability. If the new item costs more, we will issue an invoice for the price difference.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@blinx.site or by calling (281) 585-9766. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be happy to cancel it. Once the order has shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may initiate a return once you receive the item.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to either send you a replacement item or offer a full refund. Be sure to include photographs of the damaged item in your initial email or phone call.
